Your business. Your software.
Apps shaped around the way you work.
Native hosting is currently limited to explicitly enabled accounts. Live purchases are not open yet.
Built for businesses without an engineering team.
You already ask AI for spreadsheets, scripts, and websites. Userland is where the apps it builds go live and keep working.
From a few sentences to a working app.
-
01
Describe what you need
Paste the starter prompt into a connected assistant or coding agent, and describe the workflow in your own words.
-
02
Your AI plans and builds
It discovers the available capabilities, builds the app, and checks the important actions and saved information.
-
03
Connect once, then build
Approve the connection in your browser. Your agent continues within that authorization and asks only when something blocks the work.
-
04
Share it with customers
When the app is verified and hosting is available, share its working link with clients and staff.
Start with the prompt.
Two ways in, the same Userland. Copy a prompt into a connected assistant or coding agent, and describe what you need. It discovers available capabilities and continues with the work you authorize.
A connected assistant
Use an assistant with Userland tools connected, paste the prompt, and describe what you need. Check the setup guide for supported capabilities. How to add Userland
Build and publish an app for my business on Userland, using the Userland connector.
What I need:
[Describe who uses the app, what they need to do, and what information should be saved.]
How to work:
1. Read the connector's complete native guide or https://docs.userland.fun/llms.txt, then discover the current capabilities and my existing apps.
2. Use my selected business and existing authorization. Ask only about a missing decision or access that actually blocks the work.
3. Build, deploy, test and repair through the connector. Keep credentials out of source, logs and browser code. Never ask me to paste an API key or a secret into this chat; give me the protected Userland action only when an external credential is needed.
4. Verify the important actions and saved information. Publish publicly when my request authorizes it; otherwise use a protected preview and continue the work you can do. Do not ask for another Userland Publish approval for work I already authorized.
5. Tell me the working link, what you checked, any real unfinished dependency, and recovery options. In a later chat, retrieve the saved app and source from Userland so I do not have to repeat the project history.
A coding agent on your computer
Works with coding agents like Claude Code and Codex.
Build and publish an app for my business on Userland.
What I need:
[Describe who uses the app, what they need to do, and what information should be saved.]
How to work:
1. Read https://docs.userland.fun/llms.txt, then discover the current Userland capabilities and my existing apps.
2. Use my selected business and existing authorization. Ask only about a missing decision or access that actually blocks the work.
3. Build with standard Cloudflare Workers and app-owned sign-in where needed. Keep credentials on the server and out of source, logs and browser code.
4. Use Userland to build, deploy, test and repair the app. Verify the important actions and saved information, not just whether a page opens. Publish publicly when my request authorizes it; otherwise use a protected preview and continue the work you can do.
5. Tell me the working link, what you checked, any real unfinished dependency, and how to recover if something breaks. Save the app's identity so another agent can continue later.
Build on standard Cloudflare Workers.
Your agent lists what the app needs in one file. Userland provides it, so there's no database to set up, no hosting account, and no server to patch.
-
Pages and forms
Public pages, forms, and the server logic behind them, in one app.
-
Saved data
Bookings, leads, orders, and notes are stored for you. There is no database to run.
-
Customer sign-in
Your agent implements sign-in inside your app, using the app’s own database and secret bindings.
-
File uploads
Collect documents and photos, and serve them back in your app.
-
Secret API keys
Connect AI and other services without exposing keys in the browser.
-
Webhooks
React to events from the other services you use.
-
App diagnostics
Inspect collected logs and test evidence for the exact app version when enabled.
-
Recover from a change
Your agent can deploy an earlier saved version after checking compatibility with current data.
-
Your own domain
Put the app on your own domain when it's ready for customers.
- Starter $39 a month
- Pro $49 a month
- Max $199 a month
Live purchases are not open yet. Compare the approved plan allowances; service terms will take effect before paid hosting opens. See pricing
Safe enough for real customers.
Userland protects platform access and previews. Your agent builds and verifies the app’s own permissions.
-
Keys stay secret
API keys live on the server. The docs tell your agent never to put them in the browser.
-
Recover from a change
Your agent can inspect an earlier version and check its compatibility before deploying it.
-
A record of what happened
When collection is enabled, your agent can inspect protected diagnostics for the exact app version.
-
Checks before anything goes live
Your agent can test a protected preview before publishing. Your app’s own authorization still needs to be implemented and checked.
-
Help from real people
Use the help link in the console or email support@userland.fun. About Userland
Yours, live.
Your agent builds it. Userland runs it. Copy the starter prompt and describe what your business needs.
